ICIS Vision & Mission

ICIS mission is to educate about a unique new vision … about space as the key to peace and to a stimulated economy with a world cooperative security system no longer based on “seizing the high ground” which is now being prepared to be done via space-based weapons, a vision with action that will put a literal “lid” on the war industry by drawing the line as we ban all space-based weapons – and about how we can and must transform the military industrial lab university intelligence NASA (and other international space agencies) government(s) complex from a war to a space industry without space-based weapons at the one moment in history when this can be done…before the momentum of vested interests, funding and technology is put into place that would make the weaponization of space unstoppable and/or before space-based weapons are deployed.

This is a vision not of control and domination, but of cooperation and communication, of consciousness awakening and shifting as humans recognize we are evolving our consciousness as we evolve into space to learn more about who we are in these bodies, on this planet, in these man-made and geographical boundaries on this planet, and in the universes. ICIS vision is of achieving peace on earth as we preserve cooperation and peace in space. ICIS mission is to educate about the vision and about how and when it can be achieved..

Through education, ICIS presents information about global cooperation in the development of a space age marketplace and economy where all the nations of the world can benefit from the R&D of safe and clean Space Age technology, products and services that will provide everyone with enhanced communication, shared information, and the direct applications of technology and information services to solve urgent and potential local and global problems of humans and other animals and our environment such as health, poverty, starvation, education, pollution, global warming, energy, sustainable development, environmental degeneration, etc..

ICIS carries out its educational mission at the local community, national and world levels with the public and decision-makers, within the military industry lab university intelligence NASA (and international space organs) complex, with government representatives and with governmental and non-governmental organizations, with the U.S. Congress and the Administration, and with world leaders.

Imagine a world where nations join together to advance technologies for utilizing space resources. Imagine a global economy based on cooperative application of space technologies that would benefit all humankind, irrespective of any nation's degree of economic or scientific development. ICIS believes that this vision is not only possible, but inevitable. Humanity is on the threshold of a quantum leap in consciousness and endeavor. We must now take action to preserve this grand opportunity by preventing the weaponization of space.

We have a critical choice – to explore the great unknown of outer space or to risk continued suffering and disasters, devastation or obliteration. We can rise above different perspectives and actions that didn’t, don’t, and won’t cause second order change, actions that recognize our high consciousness and human potential applied with out-of-the-box thinking and intention to cause second order change, or we can continue the status quo of protesting the old and accepting the same that would only lead us to more violence instead of peace. It’s our choice, and the time has come to choose and to create the reality we want.

We have a Space Preservation Act and a Space Preservation Treaty at the one moment in time when it can be passed into law…to ban all space-based weapons, protect our satellites that we need for verifying the reduction and elimination of missile and nuclear weapons and other dangerous and polluting technologies…as well as for other human and environmental needs. There are leaders who want no weapons in space and who appreciation the benefits and opportunities that can be made available to all by banning space-based weapons. And the time has come to make the choice. We get only one chance in history to make this choice. It is only our generation’s responsibility to preserve space as a weapon-free zone.

Ask the children.

What would their choice be?

What will we tell them when they ask,

“Why didn’t you do something when you had the chance?”
